We were selected as a best company five times in the Great Place to Work midsized category ranking (100-999 employees) held by the Great Place to Work® Institute Japan. We take numerous measures to ensure all staff members can serve in jobs that yield satisfaction and motivation.

Childcare leave usage rate

Women 0 % Men 0 %

(FY2022)

We have many mothers and fathers working here, making this an environment where people understand parenting needs. When maternity and childcare leave becomes necessary, not only can staff members count on help from everyone around them, they can also take advantage of a flexible work system. Our number of male employees taking childcare leave is also increasing.

Return rate after childcare leave

0 %

(FY2022)

Most of our staff members who take childcare leave come back to work afterwards. When our staff members return, we provide an environment that makes their return easy, with consulting to help it go smoother. We even have staff members who have taken two or three leaves and returned each time.

Paid leave usage rate

Many of our members work hard and play hard. Projects progress in teams, so it is an easy environment for passing the ball along. We also have options like the Voyage System in which staff members can take nine consecutive days off including the weekend, and encourage people to take vacation time.
